Due to the growth of the team, we are now looking to recruit a Team Leader to manage the team of Co-ordinators, with the ambition to growing the team. The successful candidate will have experience of managing a customer services team, be highly organised and able to be flexible with a range of tasks.

The role will require a high level of flexibility and adaptability, being a small company means that a range of tasks can present at different times. But with that comes more opportunities.

DUTIES:

  • To lead, motivate and develop effective management within the team
  • To maintain effective control over bookings activity in order to achieve the company delivery requirements
  • To grow and develop the team to meet the growing demands of the business
  • To support the finance manager with Accounts support, including invoicing and credit control.
  • To support the finance manager and operations director with website updates, events, tender submissions and other marketing activities
  • To support with the introduction and development of quality systems to comply with ISO9001
  • To resolve complaints received and investigate thoroughly whilst reporting findings and escalating where necessary
  • To support the team with bookings when there are busy periods or when a team member is on leave, to act as one team.
  • To support the team with their progression and career aspirations.

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:

  • GCSE level educated (or equiv)
  • Administration experience (essential)
  • Customer services team management (essential)
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems (essential)
  • Experience within engineering industry (desirable)

SYSTEMS CAPABILITY:

  • Highly proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office, especially in Word and Excel
  • GoReport (training will be provided)
  • Company Management system (training will be provided)
  • Quickbooks (training will be provided)
  • MyHRToolkit (training will be provided)

 

WORKING HOURS:

This position will be full-time, requiring 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

It addressed all the potential areas of concern I had with the structure in a succinct and easy to digest format.
