We have been over the moon with the service provided by structural surveys. The engineer provided a very in-depth report, not only providing a description of findings, but going so far as to provide picture evidence of findings, detailed recommended remedial works and the legislative guidance underpinning the advice given. The service with structural engineers has proven to be cost effective. easy, and an all-round positive experience. Our dedicated engineer went above and beyond to answer all of our questions for several weeks after the survey was completed and the administration team were very helpful in allowing us to communicate with our engineer effectively. Turnaround times for the report and any queries raised were optimal and every member of staff we had the fortune of liaising with were incredibly helpful.

I have just had an independent survey performed on my Victorian terrace due to concerns regarding recent house movement. My experience with the company has been extremely positive, all be it a not so pleasant survey read due to my suspicions being confirmed!
