An excellent service, carried out professionally at all times. I received a very comprehensive report within the 24 hours promised and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Susan Molloy - October 2021
Great service even at this strange time, easy booking, competent visit and report received within days. Thanks you
Elena Chandler - July 2020
I initially spoke with Jane at Structural Surveys with my request; she was very helpful and clarified matters for me. This was quickly followed up with confirmation of my appointment and details to be aware of. On the day, Andrew arrived early, was very friendly and professional throughout and made the process seem very easy and relaxing.....he also has great taste in music! I received the Report promptly the next day as promised, sent it to my bank the same day and my offer from them was dealt with within 48 hours, so they must have been pleased with it! I cannot recommend this company enough, they offered - and delivered - a great service. Thanks!
Martin Donnelly - February 2012
Fast response to enquiry, booked in within a few days and report emailed the following day, a hard copy came through the post soon after. Very clear report with useful points on urgent repairs needed. My mother-in-law had a few questions and Andrew Russell was always helpful. Will be recommending Structural Surveys Ltd to friends. Thanks again for all your help.
Amena Shelleh - March 2017
We were very happy with the service provided by the company. No time was wasted in contacting us and arranging an appointment to ascertain the cause of the cracks in the wall. The structural engineer conducted his examination of the house promptly, and we had our report by the end of that day. He was very friendly and explained to us the cause of our problems. We were both relieved to find out that the problem was not a major concern, and were reassured by his approachable manner. We have since had the broken drain replaced, and are currently awaiting plaster work to be carried out within the next couple of weeks. We would highly recommend Structural Surveys to other people.
Sue Adshead - January 2019
Quick and efficient report and very helpful with the jargon!
Trish Reade - April 2019
Thank you for your kind email this morning with the structural report. Much appreciated for the great service. Andrew was really helpful and explained everything really well. Would use your services again and will recommend to friends and family too.

I was frantic recently in trying to find a structural surveyor who could carry out a survey fairly quickly. Andrew Russell ticked all the boxes. Not only did he do a survey within a few days but submitted a detailed report with pictures and recommendations within 24 hours. I am so grateful to him and his staff particularly Siobhan Didsbury who dealt with me over the phone. So efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you guys. I have already recommended you to my son and will continue doing so to anybody who needs the services of a structural engineer
Dawn Sharpitch - August 2021
I contacted Structural Surveys when we were moving business premises and required a Schedule of Condition. The process was smooth from start to finish and the report was delivered ahead of schedule. We couldn't have asked for a better service and would definitely recommend.
DX Digital Ltd - March 2018
From the initial phone call to receiving the survey report, the service was absolutely spot on. Jane was incredibly helpful and Andrew clearly knows his stuff, talking to us in terms we understood about the possible causes of 'issues' in our home. The report arrived the next day and was clear and concise with photos and sensible recommendations as to our next steps. It's a 10/10 from us.
