We commissioned Structural Surveys to carry out a Specific Defect Survey for our retail store. We needed the survey in a hurry as we were closing in on an important transaction. We chose Structural Surveys because they responded to our needs promptly, were able to answer all our questions, organize the appointment, conduct the survey and submit their report within 72 hours. The report was thorough and professional. We would use them again
Kabra Developments Ltd - September 2020
I've not personally used their services yet as some proposed purchase house issues but Jane Miller has been a gem in getting all my questions dealt with by the surveyor prior to any survey. Her polite and friendly manner is 5 star service
Sal Kayani - April 2021
Thank you. A friendly and efficient service. We hoped for a report that would support further steps in concluding a property procurement process with advice, technical details and costs estimates. This is what was asked for and provided in double quick time. The report was well structured with photographs providing options for remedial works.

The response to the initial enquiry was extremely prompt and Jane was very helpful throughout the process. The surveyor, Ray, was also excellent with a detailed report available less than 24 hours later. At a stressful time in a house sale process it was refreshing to be able to resolve a major issue for us in such an easy and professional way. I would happily recommend the company to anyone.

I was delighted with the service I received from Structural Surveys Ltd. After completing an online form on a comparison site, I was emailed the next morning with a survey quote. An appointment was then arranged for the same week. Two days later the in-depth report was emailed to me. An all-round simple and straight forward experience, a big thank you to the team and especially Jane Miller who answered all my questions and arranged the process for me.
