I made an initial enquiry and got a speedy response and an appointment booked at a convenient time for me. Andrew came on time, was thorough and very informative about what he needed to look at. He then took time to explain the outcome and next steps. The report was with me within 24 hours which I think is exceptional service and I was also offered further support witg Andrew recommending a colleague who could help with further services for our build. I would highly recommend using this company.
