Excellent customer service, they found time to fit me in even though they were busy, the survey was extremely professional and the report came back straight away. They were also happy to help me any further questions or things I needed to help sell my property. Definitely recommend.
Marie Blagg - September 2020
I would recommend this company with no reservations. Satisfied customer, right from the very first call I made to receiving my survey report. Excellent service.
Pamela Mzila - September 2018
Great service. We had the report back within 8 hours of the survey being completed. Great price and amazing customer service.
Leanne Worthington - June 2019
I found Structural Surveys to be very professional, any defects around the property were highlighted and the exact remedial work required was outlined in a very concise and easy to read report. Just what we required before purchasing our first home. The engineer was more than helpful in answering any questions and addressing any concerns in a very easy to understand way.
Steve Thomas - August 2018
The service has been excellent, Chris was extremely professional and very helpful when he visited the property, clearly articulating what would be provided, and responding clearly to any questions I had. I also appreciated the quick response to getting the drawings to me following payment.
Andrew Sylvester - March 2018
After the query on search website I received a prompt email from this company listing what they could do for me with prices. I hadn't expected to go with them as they were far from me and I hadn't telephoned them myself. The surveyor was knowledgeable and professional. Took time to understand the history of the issue. Report received the day following the survey. They offered the best price for what I wanted of all the people I contacted for a quote.
Kirendip Kandola - August 2018
I recently contacted Structural surveys to provide a report on the reasons for the crackling on a property, the result was a very detailed report explaining the reasons [not subsidence , just thermal expansion cracking] , and ways to repair the problem. the report was completed within 24hrs after a 1-2 hour survey but my mind was put at rest during the visit. I would use these again if I need to.
Dave Whiteside - May 2018
Arranging the survey was quick and easy which I didn't expect given many other structural survey companies did not even pick up the phone. The surveyor picked up on some minor issues that the standard home buyer survey did not whilst putting my mind at ease knowing the structure of the house is generally good and won't cost me a fortune to fix in future. Would definitely recommend their services if buying a new home
Elizabeth Redrup - August 2021
I would like to say thank you to Jane, and Andrew, for the way you have dealt with my request and the high level of detail that has gone into my survey. It is extremely in depth but also simple to understand. For this reason, I would be strongly recommending yourselves to anybody who requires a structural survey in the future.
Calum Doherty - January 2019
