Top job from a top bloke, had Structural Surveys in relation to a mature tree that has caused and is causing damage to my property, I needed an expert opinion on the reason. I had applied for permission to fell the tree from local council. Hopefully with the aid of the considered report and findings I am hopeful for a positive result and I will soon be able to secure and make safe my property once more. Many thanks to Structural Surveys for their professional and personal support in this problem, very prompt and diligent, in the fact the engineer arrived 30 minutes before appointed time and report ready by the next day. Many thank hoping that I can uncross my fingers and the council concur with the excellent report.

I was really worried after discovering some cracks in the internal brickwork of the house that I had purchased at auction, and immediately thought that the property would need underpinning. Structural Surveys Limited came out and put my mind at ease, as they confirmed that the cracks were due to historic movement and poor construction. The report that I received after the visit was very detailed and clear. Excellent service and highly recommended.
