We were really happy with the service provided. We managed to get an appointment for the structural engineer to come out within a few days of contact. We were very happy that the report was provided the same day given the visit to the property was late afternoon. Information provided was exactly what we required. In addition, the structural engineer that came out was a very nice chap. We would definitely use Structural Surveys Ltd again.

Thank you. A friendly and efficient service. We hoped for a report that would support further steps in concluding a property procurement process with advice, technical details and costs estimates. This is what was asked for and provided in double quick time. The report was well structured with photographs providing options for remedial works.

Great service, they were quick to book us in and carried out the survey as stated. The survey was useful and informative. I intend to use their services again in the future
Sophia Tedaldi - March 2021
Very professional and detailed report on a specific structural defect
Carl Lane - April 2021
Very fast response and arrived on time. The engineer spent a long time looking into my problem and also was interested in the insurers 8 years old report of which he was critical as there was no mention in the previous report as to the cause of the problem which had reoccurred. He went into great length explaining what he had found out and what action we should take. The report was ready to download the next morning. We always want something to be cheaper but he was in line with other quotes that we had received. The engineer certainly knew his job and was very pleasant and professional at all time even saying to ring him back if we had any further questions.
