First and foremost : All exchanges with you were professional, caring and efficient ; respecting request for a tight time-slot. Smooth and easy to set up, with options to pencil in appointment awaiting confirmation. Quick turn-round time to actually get delivery of the report. Clearly stated, the necessary payment requirements. Then, the engineers visit. Obviously totally competent in his work, and also someone who makes good contact and who listens : He quickly tuned into the set up and those involved. Total courtesy and discretion as he went about his work. Good sharing of information as to what should be done to improve. Nothing urgent, but we are getting onto it. A good thing ! We wouldn’t have had the report done if the insurance hadn’t requested it as part of their requirements. No regrets as it has given us pointers for a way forward with the property. Of course I would be happy to recommend your service. Many thanks for everything.
Jeannie Wilson Draper - May 2018

Elaine - September 2017
Having previously had a bad experience with another company I was nervous about selecting a new one. I need not have been concerned. I could not be happier with the service I have received. At the outset, I was contacted very quickly and an appointment to suit me was also achieved within a short space of time. Everything was explained in clear layman's terms and with a comprehensive summary. I felt very confident that I was dealing with an expert and that their assessment would be of great help in dealing with my insurance company. Receiving a very thorough report within 24 hours of the visit was equally impressive. I would be very happy to recommend Structural Surveys Ltd to anyone.

Nicola Killon - November 2019
We contacted Structural Surveys Ltd for advice about removing a pillar and a steel beam replacement. The structural engineer was very helpful in answering our questions and explaining the best way of tackling the job. We were so pleased with their expert advice and friendly service that we asked them to project manage the work which involved producing a detailed tender document, selecting the builders to be approached, visiting our home with each of the builders, and discussing the merits of each builder. Having selected the builder, the structural engineer then inspected the work while it was in progress to check all was OK, and once the work was complete, provided a Certificate of Structural Adequacy. Structural Surveys made the whole process very easy for us and made it stress free! If we have any further building work done, we will definitely contact Structural Surveys Ltd again.
Bill Bowman - May 2017

I thought the service excellent. Initial contact response the same evening, early appointment for survey within a few days, reasonable price and immediate very clear understandable verbal interpretation of findings followed by comprehensive written report with valuable additional references to appropriate building regulations the following day. Our later follow up query also received a very prompt helpful response. Highly recommended.
