I was delighted with the service I received from Structural Surveys Ltd. After completing an online form on a comparison site, I was emailed the next morning with a survey quote. An appointment was then arranged for the same week. Two days later the in-depth report was emailed to me. An all-round simple and straight forward experience, a big thank you to the team and especially Jane Miller who answered all my questions and arranged the process for me.

We needed a structural report carrying out at short notice. Structural Surveys managed to do this within a week and even gave a verbal opinion on the same day. The report arrived by email the next morning, as promised (Saturday). It was very detailed and included remedial action needed and provided us with the confidence to go ahead with the purchase. I have spoken to Structural Surveys a couple of times since receiving the report and they have been very helpful. I would definitely recommend using them and we will use then for our next purchase.

Structural Surveys have been a pleasure to deal with - friendly, informed staff and prompt service. Our survey was quickly scheduled in and completed in a timely manner. The calculations and drawings were emailed to us quickly too, before Christmas so that my builder could review it. All good as far as I am concerned!

Awesome company. We were having an extension on our house. Structural Surveys were fantastic. Can't recommend them enough. The structural engineer came out, measured up and drew up plans perfectly. Brilliant.

I received an email providing contact details and I rang the next day and was able to arrange an appointment which was convenient with us. We liked the fact that when we initially contacted Structural Surveys Ltd, information was provided as to the types of surveys which were available and the reasons given for deciding which type would suit our requirements. The Structural Engineer discussed our needs and then conducted an examination of the property. He took time to explain what the problem was and how it could be resolved. The report was received the same day. The Structural Engineer was very professional, very knowledgable and friendly.
