Very professional company, would definitely recommend

We wanted a structural survey following a Homebuyers report on a property we wished to purchase. I got in touch with structural surveys from Daresbury via email and was contacted within the hour saying they could help and what services they could provide. I then contacted them by phone and spoke to Crystal who was very friendly and helpful. She arranged the appointment for a structural engineer to visit the property in the next few days. She liaised with the Estate Agent to arrange the time of the appointment. The survey was completed on time and within 24 hours we received a full report with photographs. Approx 30 pages long explaining the issues found and how to correct them, with advice regarding further investigations that were recommended. We were extremely impressed with the service we received and how informative the report was. I would definitely recommend this company and would have no hesitation in using them again if I needed their services. It helped us to make an informed decision as to whether to proceed with the property. Thankyou once again!
