The process of booking the survey was easy. The engineer Kristian arrived on time as agreed and was pleasant. I showed Kristian around the property and left him to crack on. As promised, I received a thorough survey report the next working day.

Outstanding structural survey service. We engaged Structural Surveys Ltd in May 2022 to carry out a Structural Engineers Report on a traditional 1870s property we were in the process of purchasing. Kate (Survey Coordinator) was fantastic, responsive and proactive when it came to booking in the survey. The booking was reserved for us while we confirmed suitability of the date/time for the seller. All communications were answered promptly and professionally and Kate was careful to ensure the engineer’s qualifications complied with those stipulated by our mortgage lender. We enquired about a survey on a Monday, booked an appointment for the Thursday and had the completed report in our inbox by 09:30 on the Friday morning. The 24 hour report turn around time was invaluable to avoid disrupting our purchase process. The price was competitive and the lead time was significantly shorter than competitors that we approached. We attended the survey with David (Structural Engineer) who was informative, honest and efficient when conducting the survey. Web site easy to use, had a couple of options. Their reply was swift and the survey was completed with a week. I found that the service given was professional and very thorough. The survey was carried out within days of me initially making enquiries and the surveyor was on time and carried out a very thorough job.
