I have recently had a full structural survey carried out by this company. Whilst I was not in attendance, the detail and speed of the report was what I needed. Highly recommended.

I received an email providing contact details and I rang the next day and was able to arrange an appointment which was convenient with us. We liked the fact that when we initially contacted Structural Surveys Ltd, information was provided as to the types of surveys which were available and the reasons given for deciding which type would suit our requirements. The Structural Engineer discussed our needs and then conducted an examination of the property. He took time to explain what the problem was and how it could be resolved. The report was received the same day. The Structural Engineer was very professional, very knowledgable and friendly.

I've not personally used their services yet as some proposed purchase house issues but Jane Miller has been a gem in getting all my questions dealt with by the surveyor prior to any survey. Her polite and friendly manner is 5 star service

The response to the initial enquiry was extremely prompt and Jane was very helpful throughout the process. The surveyor, Ray, was also excellent with a detailed report available less than 24 hours later. At a stressful time in a house sale process it was refreshing to be able to resolve a major issue for us in such an easy and professional way. I would happily recommend the company to anyone.

From my very first contact with Structural Surveys, I found everyone incredibly helpful. The advice I received prior to actually instructing on the Specific Defect Report and the turnaround time on the report itself (which rather helpfully comments on areas out of scope of the specific defect instructed upon, which I'm very grateful for) was fab.
