A really good experience at a stressful time. Very professional both in the admin area and also with the engineer who came out. Not overly expensive. Turned up when they said they would and took around 2 hours for a 3 bed semi. Excellent report with not only details of what needs to be fixed but the best way of doing it so you know what to ask for when contacting builders. Highly recommend this company...

Arranging the survey was quick and easy which I didn't expect given many other structural survey companies did not even pick up the phone. The surveyor picked up on some minor issues that the standard home buyer survey did not whilst putting my mind at ease knowing the structure of the house is generally good and won't cost me a fortune to fix in future. The phone was answered quickly and Jane did a great job of sorting things out for me. Booking the service was smooth. It felt as though Jane was involved and not just processing another claim. The report came in quickly and looked good. I'm not a structural surveyor, and I've never had one done before so I can't really comment on that aspect of it but the report was well presenting and thorough. The rates were competitive. We were very happy with the level of service provided by Structural Surveys. Communication was prompt and we received very comprehensive information on the service we were to expect as well as a clear and transparent quote. This allowed us to make an informed decision and, after we decided to proceed, an inspection was arranged within two working days. Jane was very helpful in choosing a date and time that would be suitable for us. Chris, the structural engineer, was punctual and carried out a thorough inspection of the property.
