We contacted Structural Surveys Ltd for advice about removing a pillar and a steel beam replacement. The structural engineer was very helpful in answering our questions and explaining the best way of tackling the job. We were so pleased with their expert advice and friendly service that we asked them to project manage the work which involved producing a detailed tender document, selecting the builders to be approached, visiting our home with each of the builders, and discussing the merits of each builder. Having selected the builder, the structural engineer then inspected the work while it was in progress to check all was OK, and once the work was complete, provided a Certificate of Structural Adequacy. Structural Surveys made the whole process very easy for us and made it stress free! If we have any further building work done, we will definitely contact Structural Surveys Ltd again.
